15 ChiSox do not disappoint…

Filed under: Uncategorized — stevemryan @ 11:54 pm

This team has the best lineup and pitching staff I have seen so far.  Very impressive.  I know some of the names, mainly from the movie and book, “Eight Men Out.”  12 Hits, four steals combined with four walks, plus two Brownie errors contributed to seven runs and the Southsiders worked their way through three pitchers.  St Louis only had four hits with two walks and were unable to get more from two errors that Chicago committed.

Still, the series is just 1-0 and anything can happen.  As we all know, you can’t predict baseball.

I hope to play more games tomorrow.  It is nice not working for the 2nd weekend in a row!

There's a fine line between visionary and wrong. Unfortunately, it takes a visionary to see it.
